1950 - 2025 (age 75)

Eloise Reynolds Marlowe, age 75, of Jonesville, died at her home Saturday, August 9, 2025, following a brief illness. She was born August 1, 1950, in Jones County, to the late Darrell and Margie Jenkins Reynolds. She was retired from Oak Baptist Church where she worked as the secretary for numerous years and was also a faithful member of the church. She was a graduate of Ridgewood High School, class of 1968, and loved her grandchildren dearly. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Ray Marlowe, brother, Tommy Reynolds, and grandsons, Caden Marlowe and David Marlowe. 

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Ray Marlowe, of the home, son, Keith Marlowe and wife Rose, of Orange Valley, daughter-in-law, Shelley Marlowe, of Jonesville, brother, Rusty Reynolds and wife Rudy, of Ridgewood, sisters, Lucy McDaniel and husband Roger, and Sue Reynolds, all of Jonesville, grandchildren, Joshua Marlowe and wife Alex, Morgan Marlowe, Alex Marlowe and wife Olivia, Ayden Marlowe and wife Kennedy, and Mackenzie Kimbrell, great-grandson, Mason Marlowe, and a host of nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, August 11, 2025 at Ridgewood Mortuart and Crematory. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Oak Baptist Church with Reverend Tim Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery.
