Devin Alex Hodge, age 23, of Ridgewood, died in an automobile accident on Saturday, December 21, 2024. Devin was born on January 30, 2001, in Jones County, to Richard and Maria Patterson Hodge. He was a graduate of Ridgewood High School in 2019, and a graduate of Jonesville Technical College with a Real Estate License. He worked for JC Realty Group. Devin was a longtime member of Oak Baptist Church and attended The Well Church. He always loved hunting with his "Pawpaw Dwight".

In addition to his parents, he is survived by sisters, Chloe Hodge and fiance Jason Doggett, and Maddie Hodge and boyfriend Isaac Williams, all of Ridgewood, paternal grandparents, Doug and Sandy Hodge, of Ridgewood, maternal grandmother, Harper Patterson, of Ridgewood, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Dwight Patterson, on May 13, 2024. 

The family will receive friends at the Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Thursday, December 26, 2024. The funeral will be held at Oak Baptist Church on Friday, December 27, 2024 with Reverend Tim Hopkins, Reverend Eli Wood, and Reverend Brandon Douglas officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Meadow Springs Cemetery. 

The family has entrusted the Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory with the service arrangements.
