Emma Nicole Scott, age 24, of Ridgewood, died on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 and was joined on her trip to heaven by her husband, Christian Noah Scott. She was a member of Christian Plains Baptist Church. Nicole was a 2018 graduate of Ridgewood High School and a 2022 graduate of East Tennessee State University. She worked most recently for Campbell Insurance as an administrative assistant. She loves traveling and shopping. 

Survivors are her son, Noah Scott Jr., of the home, her parents, Sean Hampton and wife Ashley, of Jonesville, and Kim Henry and husband Brian, of Nashville, brother,  Malachi Hampton, grandparents, Fred and Judy Hampton, and Ben and Wanda Lowery, and a number of aunts and uncles and cousins. 

A time of visitation will be given from 5:00 pm until 8:30 pm on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory. The memorial service celebrating the lives of Christian Noah Scott and Emma Nicole Scott will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Friday, August 23, 2024 at Christian Plains Baptist Church with Reverend Stephen Isaacs officiating. The ashes will be buried together privately in the church cemetery. The family has entrusted the Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory. An education fund has been set aside for Noah Scott Jr. where memorial donations can be made.
