Caden Houle, age 97, of Ridgewood, died Tuesday, June 25, 2024 following a short illness. He was born on April 3, 1927 in Jones County to the late Buster Houle and the late Ethel McCain Houle. He graduated from Ridgewood High School and later Jonesville Community College. He retired from Ridgewood Psychiatric Services where he worked as a counselor for over forty years.

He is survived by his stepson, Marvin Jefferson (Rebel Grace), stepdaughter, Anna Brady (Beavis), stepgrandsons, Andre Jefferson (Jessica), and Brock Miller, 8 step-great-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren, and 2 step-nephews, Robin Goff and Alvin Goff.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Allison Goff Houle, on April 25, 2024, and six siblings.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 28, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory. The memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm at the Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory with Rev. Scott Hardin officiating. 

The Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory has been trusted with the services.
