1950 - 2024 (age 73)
Charles "Chuck" Ledbetter, age 73, of Ridgewood, died May 23, 2024. Chuck was born on August 14, 1950 in Jones County to the late Roland Ledbetter and the late Dorothy Candler Ledbetter. He was a member of Carter Baptist Church and a graduate of Ridgewood High School. Chuck retired from A.H.G. Textiles.
He is survived by his sons, Charles "Charlie" Ledbetter Jr. (Melissa), and Josh Ledbetter, grandchildren, Esther, Noah, Jacob, and Elisha Ledbetter, brother, Earl Ledbetter (Donna), sister, Alice Estes (Paul), and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Maryann Condrey Ledbetter.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 28, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory. The service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 in the Carver Baptist Church with Reverend Michael Taylor officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the church cemetery. The family has entrusted the Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory with the arrangements.
