Dora Marie Moore, age 84, passed away December 23, 2023 at the McEntire Hospital following an automobile accident. Dora was born on December 28, 1938 to the late Charles Hamilton Moore, Sr., and the late Keelee Johnson Moore. She was a member of Jordan Baptist Church for many years. She retired from Food City, and was a graduate of Ridgewood High School.

She is survived by her brother-in-law, Lemuel Kesterson, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Gloria Kesterson and Mavis Godfrey, and her brothers, Charles, Alfred, Albert, Anderson, and Wilkes Moore.

The family will receive friends for Gloria Kesterson & Dora Moore on Tuesday, December 27, 2023 at the Ridgewood Mortuary Chapel from 5:00 pm until 7:30 pm. The Service for Gloria Kesterson & Dora Moore will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, December 28, 2023 at Jordan Baptist Church with Reverend Trason Moore and Reverend Timothy Hopkins officiating. Burial of Gloria Kesterson and Dora Moore's earthly remains shall follow privately in the Ridgewood Community Cemetery.
