Mr. Boston Adams, age 89, of Ridgewood, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at the McEntire Hospice House. Mr. Adams was born in 1934 and was a son of the late Elijah Adams, and the late Asalee Robbins Adams. He was a faithful member of Oak Baptist Church and had retired from the Withers Funeral Home where he formerly served as a Funeral Attendant. 

He leaves behind his daughter, Lisa Adams Roberts (Ken), three grandsons, Austin Roberts (Miranda), Carter Roberts, and Jeffrey Roberts (Christy), four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys H. Adams, and his 3 siblings.

A Visitation will be held from 1-2 pm Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Oak Baptist Church. A Family-Led Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Oak Baptist Church with Reverend Tim Hopkins officiating. Burial was held privately in the church cemetery on December 23, 2023. The Family has trusted the Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory with the arrangements.
