David Morgan Williams, age 19, of Ridgewood, died Tuesday, July 25, 2023, following an automobile accident. Morgan was born on May 3, 2004 in Ridgewood and was the youngest child of Daniel and Amanda Williams. He was a 2022 graduate of Ridgewood High School and faithfully attended Jordan Baptist Church where he had been a member since he was eleven.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his girlfriend, Emerson Nicole Parker, brother, Daniel Montgomery Williams and wife Hailey, his sister, Marina Williams Bentley and husband Isaac, paternal grandparents, Donald and Leslie Williams, maternal grandfather, Raymond Carpenter and wife Lisa, nephew, Tucker Williams, nieces, Tinley Williams and Jessie Bentley, paternal uncles and aunts, Grady Williams and wife Pam, Sue Tucker and husband Randy, and Thomas Williams and wife Ashley, maternal uncle and aunt, Tina Lail and husband Rick, and a son, David Morgan Williams Jr, who was expected in August.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Susan Carpenter.
The family will receive friends Friday, July 28, 2023 from 5 pm until 8 pm at the Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory. A Service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Jordan Baptist Church with Pastor Trason Moore officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the church cemetery. The family has entrusted Ridgewood Mortuary and Crematory with the services.
