Marshall Condrey, age 96, of Ridgewood, died Saturday, June 3, 2023, at the Ellenwood Home, surrounded by family. Marshall was born March 5, 1927, in Ridgewood, to the late Claude and Nancy Condrey. He was a member of Carter Baptist Church where he had been a deacon and a member of the choir for several years. Marshall was a retired Landscaper. 

He is survived by his daughters, Marsha Condrey Woods (Jimmy), and MaryAnn Condrey Ledbetter (Chuck); sons, James Condrey (Anne), and Terry Condrey (Jean); 10 grandchildren who affectionally called him “Pop”; 17 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Gloria H. Condrey; daughter, Helen Condrey Baker; brothers, Maynard Condrey, Linwood Condrey, and Chester Condrey; sisters, Eleanor Black, Montie Propes, and Eunice Baker; and a grandson, Thomas Baker. 

The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Carter Baptist Church. A Service will follow the visitation at 2:00 pm at Carter Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Carter Baptist Church Building Fund. The family has entrusted the Ridgewood Mortuary & Crematory with the services.
